The price follows the number of users, with storage included per instance and extra storage by the gigabyte. Setup €490 in Enterprise: file migration, directory sign-in, logo and training.Prices exclude taxes.

What about updates?
Fixes are applied as they come. Major version upgrades are planned with you, after testing, because they can affect added apps.
Where is our data?
In a dedicated instance, hosted in France by OVHcloud. The database and the files are backed up every night to another site.
We already have files elsewhere.
Migration from SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or a file server is part of the Enterprise setup. In the Team edition, it is quoted separately.
